The Tots Clinic, held at Cashman Park, starts the week of September 14th and goes for six consecutive weeks, ending the week of October 19th. If any sessions are cancelled due to weather, there will be one make-up session added, during the week of October 26th. Tuesday Tots // 3 year olds train on Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Tuesday Tots // 4 year olds train on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Wednesday Tots // 4 year olds train on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Please note, these sessions are not “drop-offs” – parents will need to stay and keep track of their children.

These practices will be from 5:15-6:00 p.m. U6 coaches will also attend and assist at the practices. The U6 boys will practice on Tuesdays, and the U6 girls will practice on Wednesdays. These sessions are not “drop-offs” – parents will need to stay and keep track of their children. These group practices will begin the week of September 7th. There will be no weekly practices for U6 other than these group practices, however U6 coaches may opt to have players arrive early prior to the Saturday games for a 20-minute pre-game warm-up.
U8 players will practice every other week (alternating girls/boys each week) at Amesbury Sports Park, at practices led by Tosh Farrell. U8 coaches will also attend and assist at the practices. These practices will be on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m., and will begin on September 14th, with the girls starting that week and the boys starting the week of September 21st. On the weeks when they are not practicing at Amesbury Sports Park, U8 teams will practice at Cherry Hill once per week for one hour, at a day/time selected by their coaches.

I’m coaching. When do I get my equipment?
Equipment bags will be given out to any new Head Coaches who need them, at the pre-season training sessions. Tots Parent Volunteers do not receive their own Equipment Bags. If you have an Equipment Bag that you no longer need, please contact your Age Group Coordinator (see Contacts page) to arrange to return the bag so it can be replenished and given to another coach prior to September 1st. If you have an Equipment Bag but are not sure if you have too much/too little of what you need, or need a different bag since you have moved up/down to a different age bracket, please contact your Age Group Coordinator and he/she will let you know what you should have, and work with you to address any deficiencies/surplus equipment.
Whistles are not included in the Equipment Bags; Coaches are encouraged to purchase their own whistles if they wish to use one.

I’m coaching. How do I contact my team?
When the U6-U10 rosters are released, you will receive a coaches’ password along with instructions on how to view your team roster and how to e-mail your players.
If you have any other questions, please check our Contacts page for the names and email contacts of our various NYSA Administrators. Thanks for your support, and we look forward to seeing you in the fall!
